How to handle damaged products?

 Regarding product packaging, we have done our best and cooperate with a reputable logistics company. The damage rate is very low, ensuring the safe arrival of goods. If the product is indeed damaged and cannot be repaired, please take photos and send them to customer service for confirmation within 48 hours, then return it to the factory for replacement. The freight for return will be borne by the manufacturer. If it exceeds the handling time, the buyer shall bear the round-trip freight for replacement.
